You will all have seen the important guidance issued by the government, which strongly advises on social distancing measures we should all be taking to reduce close interaction between people in order to reduce the transmission of coronavirus (COVID-19), and protect those vulnerable in the community.
As a result of this guidance, we have decided to temporarily close Arbour dental practice, as of today 24 March 2020. This was a difficult decision to make, but we all felt this was an essential step to take in order to help fight against the COVID-19 outbreak, to protect our patients, our staff, our loved ones and our community.
All appointments therefore, are now postponed until further notice. We will constantly review the situation and government guidance, and when it is safe and appropriate to do so, we will re-open and rebook everyone’s appointments.
We want to thank all our patients we have already spoken to for being so kind and understanding during this difficult time.
If you are a patient of Arbour dental practice and have dental related pain or swelling during our time of closure, please call our practice number 01962 862314. If it is an after-hours emergency please call NHS 111.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused, but I do hope you understand the exceptional circumstances we all face at the moment. We would like to thank you all for understanding, patience and your great support during this difficult time.
